Terms of Service

The service

Mise en connects to your e-commerce platform and syndicates your product catalog to shopping channels (Google, Meta, Pinterest, and others as added). Listings carry your brand and link to your own store; Mise en is never the merchant of record.

Fees

A monthly base subscription plus a success fee on attributed sales (3% full price / 2% marked down), capped monthly, computed exactly as described on the attribution methodology page, which is part of these terms. Fee records are append-only; corrections appear as credits, never edits. Disputes are one click and reviewed by a human.

Your data

• Your catalog, orders, and customers are yours. We process them only to provide the service (see Privacy).
• Consent tier A (optional): you may permit use of your catalog data in aggregated, anonymized form to improve matching and market insights.
• Consent tier B (optional): you may contribute order data to a pooled, k-anonymous insights program; contributors receive the insights.
• Disconnecting removes our access; you may request deletion of stored data at any time.

Honest limits

Mise en is pre-launch software operated with care but without warranty; channels change their rules and listings can be delayed or rejected by the channels themselves. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. New York law governs.
